1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using 1Health1Way.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are for informational and wellness consultation only, not emergency medical services.

2. CONSULTATION FEES & MODES

Basic Rs.500/- Only - WhatsApp + Message + Email Chat Only, ONE DAY valid.
Detailed Rs.1000/- Only - Voice Calls + All Chat Support.
Premium Rs.2000/- Only - Video Calls + Voice Calls + All Chat Support.
For Special Doctors Basic Plan Rs.5000/- Only.
All consultation fees are to be paid in advance.

2A. CONSULTATION VALIDITY:

No consultation, query, follow-up or service shall be entertained until your payment is successfully paid, verified and confirmed by us. Every successful payment is valid only for the specific consultation and time-period/slot booked by you. Once the booked time-period/validity expires, the consultation shall be considered as completed. For any further consultation, extra queries, follow-up or new appointment, you shall be liable to pay extra consultation charges as per our fee structure. Failure to pay the applicable extra fee shall result in non-entertainment of your queries.

2A1. MULTIPLE CONSULTATIONS

For taking TWO different consultations, you need to take TWO separate appointments. 1 Appointment = 1 Consultation Only. For example, if you have two different health issues or consultation for two different persons, you must book two separate appointments

2B. PAYMENT VERIFICATION & FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Whatever payment transaction you make, you must inform us via WhatsApp or Email at 1health1way@gmail.com with payment screenshot / transaction ID. It is your responsibility to confirm your payment. In case of any failed transaction, 1Health1Way.com / Pashvimochan Clinic / Pratyabhijna Health Care will NOT be responsible.

3. STRICT NO REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY

3.1 Consultation: Once the consultation fee is paid, NO REFUND will be provided.
3.2 Products: After purchasing any product, NO REFUND will be provided. All sales are final.
3.3 Reschedule by User: Inform within 24 hours at 1health1way@gmail.com. ONE TIME ONLY on humanitarian grounds, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF EMPTY SLOT AND DATE.

3.4 Reschedule by 1Health1Way.com / Pashvimochan Clinic / Pashvimochan Clinic Doctors/pratyabhijnahealthcare - Due to Doctors Availability or Other Conditions

Your appointment may also be rescheduled due to doctor's unavailability, emergency, health condition, technical issue, or any other unforeseen condition. In such case, you will be informed via WhatsApp / Email / Website update/or by any one of them . For such rescheduling, you shall NOT hold 1Health1Way.com / Pashvimochan Clinic / Pashvimochan Clinic Doctors / Pratyabhijna Health Care responsible or liable. In this regard, we seek your cooperation and under such conditions, you will not make any claim against us. If something happens under such conditions, you yourself will be responsible for it. For the rescheduled appointment, you will have to respond yourself, contact your doctor, and follow your consultation as per the new schedule. Decision and priority of 1Health1Way.com shall be final.

3.5 Safety of Appointment & Health Advisory in case of Reschedule by Us

If your appointment is rescheduled from our side, your appointment will remain SAFE and on PRIORITY basis. We will provide next available slot. If your health deteriorates during this reschedule period, immediately visit your nearest doctor / hospital. Do not wait only for our consultation.

3.6 Appointment as per Available Slots & Your Own Health Responsibility

Appointment strictly as per availability of empty slots only. If condition worsens, immediately visit your nearest doctor/hospital. 1Health1Way.com will NOT be responsible. You yourself are solely responsible for your health and for your own care.

4. PRODUCT & SHIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Any product ordered is at YOUR OWN RISK. If product deteriorates, spoils, leaks, damages during shipment - 1Health1Way.com will NOT be responsible. No replacement, no refund.
